Senior Night

Katelyn Schlosser, the daughter of Larry and Jennifer, is a third year Varsity player.   Her Southview volleyball career began as a starting freshman on the Junior Varsity team.  Katelyn has been an active member of the Southview Drama department throughout her high school years; participating in CougaReview in the winter and spring productions. She is a member of A Cappella choir as well as CougaReview ’07 Co-Music Director and yearbook photo editor.  When Katelyn is not on the court or shooting pictures, she is busy representing Southview as a member of NHS, senior class government, Drama Club Co-President and holds an office in the French and Interact clubs.  She plans to attend college in the Fall, majoring in journalism either at Bowling Green State University or Ohio University.  She is also hoping to keep volleyball a part of her life as it has been for the past eight years.

Ashley Sinram, daughter of Keith and Olga Sinram, is a three year varsity volleyball player.  She played her freshman year at Southview, and then spent two years in Tennessee where her team was District, Region, and Sub-State Champions, and also made it to the State Final Four volleyball championships.  She was selected to be a member of the All-District Volleyball team her sophomore year.  She is very happy to be back to finish her final year of volleyball with her friends at Southview.  Ashley is also busy off the court, maintaining a 4.25 GPA, being a member of National Honor Society, National French Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, French Club, an editor and writer for Southview's newspaper, The Catalyst, and has served in various positions in Student Government throughout her high school career. Next Fall, Ashley intends to major in International Relations. Where she will do that is still up for grabs, but she is considering OSU, Boston University, and Northwestern...to name a few.

Katie Bader is the daughter of Mike and Laura Bader. She is a big sister to Noah, Alexander, Nicholas, Jacob and Joshua. During her volleyball career at Southview she played one year of JV and three years of Varsity. Katie also played five years of JO volleyball at Premier Volleyball Academy. At Southview Katie is currently active in NHS, Interact, Big/Little Sibs and the yearbook. She has also been a member of the JV track team, Spanish Club and Sci Quest and served as a Teacher’s Aid. Outside of school Katie is involved with her church youth group and Young Life. Additionally, she has worked through the Sylvania Recreation Department as a volleyball referee. Next year Katie plans to attend The University of Toledo where she will major in Pharmacy.

Molly Williams is the daughter of Brian and Becky Williams. She has a brother, Seth, who also attended Southview. Molly has played volleyball all four years at Southview, including three years of varsity. She has also played volleyball in the off-season for Premier Volleyball for the last four years. Molly is involved in a number of organizations at Southview. She is an editor for The Catalyst, a member of National Honor Society, and is active in Interact. She has been a Senate representative all four years at Southview. Molly is also chairperson of the Big/Little Sibs Program and was a former member of Southview Orchestra and French Club. She also volunteered as a Summer French and elementary reading tutor. Molly is employed at Nautica Coffee. Molly plans to attend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio next Fall.
